Member of the Month has been running for almost 4 years! However what I think we need is a sexy sitckyed thread, with a link to all the interviews also with names in the titles. This is for several reasons.

1- from the title of the threads it is hard to work out who got interviewed.

2- It means I have a list of people who have been interviewed, so i know who I can't interview next.
