As this new year of 2016 begins and we all begin to recover from the obligatory revelry of the night before, it is time to turn our attention to our fine corps of scenario designers and modders here at AoKH. While it is true that a new year is upon us, it is imperative to not forget the toils of the past year. Many of us have been hard at work creating new and novel things to play, while others have been taking well-deserved rests. In this thread, we all get the chance to celebrate the hard work and success of our brothers in arms!
If you are new to GotY, this is a thread were you get to vote for the scenarios and mods that you think were the very best from the past year, in nine different categories, as well as three categories for the designers behind them!
So send word to all corners of the realm and rally the good folk to join you in deciding what are and who made the finest
Two years ago, after many years of fine work, Lord Basse decided to pass the torch to yours truly. Additionally, the Game of the Year Awards are co-hosted with our benevolent mods
• In the categories 1 to 8, as well as in category 12, you may only pick
• In the categories 9 to 11, you may pick
• You may not vote for yourself or for a scenario/campaign made by yourself.
• You don't HAVE to vote in every category, but do try to vote in as many categories as you can!
• In categories 1 to 8, if you think there was a file released last year that was better than all the nominees in that particular category, you may (but aren't obliged to) cast a
• Every nominee you vote for will receive one point. In categories 9 to 11, all three nominees will receive one point each.
